Glasgow based folk-rock sextet Lacuna provide campfire anthems within the latest instalment to their dreamy discography.
The four-track EP displays influence from the likes of Car Seat Headrest and The Cranberries, where the group expand their presence with the introduction of a saxophone and a focus on eerie backing vocals.
Singles ‘Robin’ and ‘Red Thread’ received acclaim before the full release of the record, both being featured on the BBC Introducing Scotland show courtesy of Phoebe Inglis-Holmes and Shereen Cutkelvin.
Upcoming shows the Crowded Flat managed group include a spot at Glasgow’s Tenement Trail in October, aswell as an upcoming headline show at McChuills with support from Neev, Martha May and The Mondays and Dayydream on Saturday 5th August – grab your tickets here.
